If you have received a damaged, incomplete, or defective product you may apply for the reshipment of your order or refund of your payment. You have 30 days, from the date your order was received, to return it to our company. Notice that you will get a refund only in following cases:
- you have received incorrect items
- the items were damaged or defective
- the items that you are returning are in new condition with their original packaging and accessories
All returns must be authorized by our team. To do this, you may submit a return request by clicking on the following link.
After approving your request, you will be provided with RMA (return materials authorization) and after receiving, or accepting, your return we will reship your order, exchange it, or refund your payment.
If you do not receive you order, please, let us know about it, we will reship it at absolutely no extra charge.
You may also apply for a full refund if you have significant reasons: you are not satisfied with the quality of drugs, the parcel was lost during delivery, etc. Please contact our Costumer support service, and they will issue you a full refund to your credit card.
